	*Terms and Conditions*
1.	As we deal primarily with art also on display in sales galleries we cannot guarantee the availibility of the works of art displayed on the Nordic Art Trade website. However, we will do our best to keep the site up to date and indicate which works have been sold.
2.	All prices are in U.S. Dollars.
3.	Import taxes will apply to some U.S. states. These taxes will be applied where required and are the responsibility of the customer.
4.	Value added Tax (where indicated) will not be charged to buyers living outside the EEC once sufficient proof had been provided to satisfy the commisioners of Customs and Excise.
5.	Prices do not include packing, delivery, storage, insurance or transport, unless indicated.
6.	Since these art pieces are old we cannot guarantee that the screen image will correspond exactly in color to the actual work.
7.	We reserve the right to change prices withour prior notice.
8.	We guarantee the authenticity of all works of art displayed on our site.

	If you wish to purchase a work of art: We ask that you comply with the following program.
1.	You must contact Nordic Art Trade to confirm the availability of the chosen work. ("the Work")
2.	We will return your inquiry with a confirmation and the total price including any applicable items in item 5 above.
3.	If you wish to proceed with the purchase you will inform us of the address to which the work(s) will be shipped, telephone/fax numbers, email address and credit card number. You will state your offer to purchase and the price. (We suggest that you call or fax this information as sending credit card information via email is not secure)
4.	We will respond acknowledging the reciept of your offer stating whether or not it is accepted. If accepted we process your credit card for the total price. The receipt will be sent via fax and a hard copy will be sent via post.
5.	The work(s) will be dispatched to you when payment in full is received. The work(s) must be collected within one month of acceptance of the offer (time will be of the essence.)
6.	We retain title to the work(s) until payment has been received in full.
7.	The contract shall be governed by US law both as to the construction and implementation and the US courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any dispute.
